I do not think it is out of order to request a question on the balance of influence of a Member of this House on that institution. Can I respectfully ask that I have some silence so I can actually make a speech? It is not fair that a person can be criticised for asking a question in this Parliament. The question was not answered and should be answered. Instead, my colleague answered the question about jobs in the West Midlands. Would he then be reminded how the EU subsidised jobs out of the Ryton Plant in Coventry?"@en1
