Of course, the situation in North Africa is the main point on the agenda. There is a reference in my speech to this temporary protection mechanism, but I do not know if there will be a decision or anything like that. It is very much up to the Presidents as to how they want to monitor this, but we are monitoring this situation on an hourly basis. I just wanted to say that to date, there is no such thing as a qualified majority to activate this protection mechanism."@en1
