lpv:spoken text	"Given that Moldova is experiencing difficulties with its wine exports to some of its traditional markets, which threaten its economic recovery and the reform process that it is vigorously pursuing, and in order to take measures to increase Moldova’s wine exports to support its economic development, it is necessary to: 1. increase the duty-free tariff quota for wine under the autonomous trade preferences; 2. extend the validity of the relevant regulation (which is due to expire on 31 December 2012) for another three years, until 31 December 2015; 3. increase the duty-free tariff quota for wheat, barley and maize.
