"First, I should like to offer my condolences to the Japanese people on behalf of Jobbik, the Movement for a Better Hungary, and the whole Hungarian people. Hungarians have always regarded the Japanese with cousinly affection, which makes the disaster particularly shocking. It is the European Union’s duty to help the people of Japan, and all the assistance Japan requires must be given. At the same time, the consequences of this disaster must be drawn, which clearly show for mankind that the globalised world estranged from nature is extremely fragile. There is a Hungarian proverb which says that a wise man learns from other people’s misfortunes. The nations of Europe must learn from this disaster, and, returning as far as possible to nature, to natural foodstuffs and to natural energy resources, protect our environment for future generations."@en1
