There is no doubt that this unemployment is caused by the recent economic crisis, but it is also caused by a variety of factors such as stereotypes, wage gaps between men and women, a poor balance between family life and work life, longer life expectancy, etc. In this respect, I am pleased, as our rapporteur is, that a European micro-financing instrument has been created.
