lpv:spoken text	"I have voted in favour of this resolution, as it highlights one of the crucial problems we are currently facing. The crisis in the financial sector has led to more collateral and higher-risk premiums, which means it has become much more difficult to get start-up credits and other financial resources. We cannot afford to have SMEs suffering from greater burdens and higher administrative costs. We cannot afford to have SMEs falling bankrupt because of bureaucracy and because of stricter rules in the financial sector. SMEs are the driving force of our economies – they should not be punished for mismanagement in the financial sector. It is important that we pass such resolutions frequently enough to remind ourselves, the Commission and the Member States of our obligations to ensure a sustainable economy. This is only possible with sustainable SMEs."@en1
