lpv:translated text	"I am in favour, and I consider that this report is the best report of those subject to a vote on 14 December. The basic criteria have been defined, all issues have been thoroughly worked through, and the rationale is clear. Now, people who have become the victims of crime will be ensured the protection of the courts in every European Union country if they move from one EU Member State to another. This will give the investigating authorities and the Public Prosecutor the opportunity to carry out their investigations effectively and the victims of crime will not keep important information from the investigation out of fear. I am grateful to the rapporteur for his report."@en1
