lpv:translated text	"We know that it is not enough to adopt legal instruments to combat human trafficking and protect its victims. The fight to eradicate human trafficking must be seen as a priority in the struggle for the respect of human rights. Political will is required for this to happen. However, above all, it is also essential to act on prevention, something which requires other economic and social policies, and implies the end of capitalist exploitation and neoliberal policies. Conditions must be created which release the individuals involved from poverty, by promoting policies for the fair redistribution of wealth, by guaranteeing access to essential public services, and by promoting the creation of jobs with rights and pay levels that afford a decent living. For these reasons, the adoption of this document is only one step in the long, hard fight which must continue if we are to end human trafficking."@en1
