However, the only thing that I found to be lacking in the resolution is a crystal-clear opinion on the Transnistria problem. Moldova will not be able to become a full member of the EU if it cannot peacefully resolve the Transnistria conflict. Division of the country into two parts is unacceptable. If the Moldovan Government wants integration with the European Union, it must begin a dialogue with the Transnistrian Government, in order to prove to the international community that it has legitimacy over the whole territory of Moldova."@en1
