We fully understand the setting of requirements for minimum social standards for all contracts in the care sector, but we think it is unfortunate that minimum wages are specified, something that we do not always have in Sweden, as it is the responsibility of the social partners to set wage levels. The setting of wage levels does not fall within the competence of the EU, either.
