I do hope that the Commission, and indeed the Council, registered the concerns of Parliament in our debate on the issue. Your response to my colleague, Mr Aylward, on biodiversity, and your comments about the agriculture budget, lead me to ask you about the Council’s view. I gather that seven members of the Council want to cut next year’s budget, which does not augur well for the future of the agriculture budget post-2013. I would appreciate a comment."@en1
