I would like to express my respect and gratitude to all the professionals and volunteers who have contributed to the rescue and reconstruction effort in the affected areas, and I would like to express my particular condolences to the families of the victims. We need to provide help to the victims and pave the way so that the affected areas can recover quickly. We also need to continue working intensively in the area of prevention.
