I wonder if the Presidency would look at an experience 20 years ago. Edinburgh City Council, financed by European Social Fund money, conducted a campaign called ‘Zero Tolerance’ in relation to violence against women. Its conclusion was that you need a holistic approach to this issue. You need information policy, you need housing authorities involved, you need the police involved and you need the judicial authorities involved. Will the Council examine that project to see what lessons can be drawn?"@en1
