The euro at this moment in time is in dire straits in certain countries. Greece is on its backside; Spain, your country, is in dire straits as well. You have got a country of your own making with unemployment for 18- to 24-year olds currently running at 40%. The Spanish people can speak for themselves. In your role now for the next six months, you are also speaking on behalf of people from my country. Initially you mentioned further integration. I ask you, before you bring more integration in, that you go back to the people of my country, the United Kingdom, and give them the choice of a referendum."@en1
