lpv:spoken text	"Following the conciliation meeting held on 18 November 2009, Parliament and the Council were capable of coming to an agreement regarding the use of the Flexibility Instrument in favour of the EERP as well as of the decommissioning of the Kozloduy power plant in Bulgaria. While both are important, I feel that the proper and correct decommissioning of this power plant is particularly important. I have thereby decided to support the rapporteur and vote in favour of this report."@en¹
