lpv:translated text	"Mr President, Prime Minister, if we are to get a good international climate agreement we must also listen to other countries. If we do so we will realise that firstly what is required is that the EU and other countries take greater responsibility for reducing our emissions at home, and secondly that the EU and other industrialised countries state in concrete terms how we will contribute economically to the climate work of poorer countries. The fact that up to now the Swedish Government has worked against this has unfortunately undermined the opportunities to get a good agreement in Copenhagen. The Council of Ministers must also realise this, and I would therefore ask two questions. Is the Swedish Presidency prepared to contribute to a good international climate agreement by making a greater part of the EU’s cuts in emissions on home soil? When does it intend presenting specific proposals to finance the climate work of poor countries?"@en1
