lpv:spoken text	"The International Economic crisis should lead us to re-examine and to change EU policy concerning liberalisation and deregulation, not only in the EU, but in relation to developing countries. But the Economic Partnership Agreements which are in front of the Parliament are instead proposing an intensification of this failed approach. These agreements have been negotiated by the EU exerting strong pressure on governments of developing countries and without taking due consideration of the views of the people in those countries who would most suffer from their implementation. Vague promises to be flexible in the implementation of the agreements are no substitute for concrete commitments."@en1
