I particularly welcome the call for a 20% improvement in energy efficiency, the call for binding targets for agriculture and the demand for the creation of a European Climate Fund. These proposals plus the measures already adopted by the EU put us in a strong position to argue for global action on climate change at the Copenhagen summit."@en1
