lpv:translated text	"I voted for the report on the situation of fundamental rights in the European Union 2004–2008. I made my support conditional upon the rejection of the original draft wording in Article 49 concerning support for territorial and regional autonomy. I consider this to be a clear rejection of the attempts by provocateurs and conspirators at speculating about the status quo. The European Parliament does not, in other words, accept games with territorial and regional autonomy. This is a very valuable conclusion from today’s plenary of the European Parliament and I think we are all to be congratulated on it."@en1
