lpv:translated text	"I have supported the regulation on vehicle CO emissions in the version which has resulted from the complex trialogue negotiations. Through improvements in production technology for engines and also by using more environmentally-friendly tyres, lights and designs, a gradual reduction in emissions will be achieved from today’s level of 160 g to 130 g of CO per kilometre. The regulation allows minor variations for small vehicle producers within the framework of the set aims. At the same time, Parliament is insisting on a rigorous application of fines for violations of the commonly agreed rules. I would like to say that I agree with Mrs Kamall. It is a pity that Member States are refusing to bring to a permanent end the superfluous and therefore environmentally-unfriendly migrations of the European Parliament twelve times a year from Brussels to Strasbourg."@en1
