I spent six days there meeting different groups, and one of the things that came across to me was the need to bring representatives of the rebel groups to the table. I am just wondering if any progress has been made on that, either by the UN or by the European Union in the sense that, at the moment, I understand that there are between 7 000 to 10 000 people under 18 years of age carrying arms.
