There was more discussion of increasing the amount of land available for soya production and deforestation to gain more cultivable land; even our delegation had not paid much attention to the topic. I would therefore ask the following question: are we in the process of devising a twin-speed policy in Europe? Would it not be better to coordinate our position everywhere, in the knowledge that the climate change policy is a policy on the redistribution of resources?
