Mr President, we spoke about this yesterday and I know he will take our views back with him. In order to save time, may I propose two oral amendments? We have a very fast changing situation in Burma at the moment. First, I propose that, in paragraph 1, we have an additional sentence at the end: ‘and utterly condemns the brutal response by the Burmese authorities’."@en1
