lpv:spoken text	"I am disappointed that this House rejected Amendment 1 by Mr Alvaro and others that would have added to the mandate of the later Governmental Conference on the Treaty revision the issue of a single seat in Brussels for the European Parliament. It is quite beyond me that 380 of my colleagues support the continuation of this ongoing farce we all endure. There are other issues with this report that would make it difficult for me to vote in favour. Nevertheless, this failure alone to deal with the single seat makes it impossible for me to even consider voting in favour."@en1
