lpv:spoken text	"The 2010 deadline of achieving the Lisbon goal of becoming the most dynamic and knowledge-based economy in the world is looming. Part of this goal is about getting more women back into the workplace. During the Barcelona Summit of 2002 agreement was reached by Member States that by 2010 a third of children under three and 90% of children aged three to six would be provided with childcare places. Apparently only five Member States have achieved this goal. If we want more women to enjoy the freedom of work we need to have the availability of quality and affordable childcare as a key political priority."@en1
