lpv:spoken text	"I congratulate the rapporteur on putting together a package which found a large majority across the House. In 22 years as a Member, this is the shortest budget vote I can recall. I regret that Parliament has agreed a number of reductions in order to stay within budgetary limits. In particular I think it very unfortunate that we have reduced the budget for ‘aid for trade’. This is a vital budget line to assist developing countries connect with the global trading system."@en1
