lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I very much welcome the visit of the Prime Minister of Lebanon this afternoon, but I very much regret that the Question Time session with the Council has had to be abandoned to make room for this, with no attempt by the Conference of Presidents to reschedule it to another time. Question Time is one of the important democratic traditions of this House. It is the one opportunity we have to question the Council on issues of concern to us and our constituents. It is central to our work. This is the second time this year that this session has been arbitrarily cancelled. Can I urge you, please, to make sure that there is no third repeat of this."@en1
