No good can come from driving Palestine into financial chaos and ruin. Europe's policy should serve as an example to the US and others as to how to proceed in future. I did not support the inclusion of paragraph 9 in the resolution, however. While I have and will continue to support demands for an immediate halt to further extension of the settlements - or rather their dismantling - and no further building of the wall, I feel it does not fit well here, where we are essentially dealing with a very different issue."@en1
