"I would like to ask the Commissioner what level of discussions he has had with Member States of the eurozone in relation to their performance and their potential performance. In the case of Ireland, for example, asset inflation, the price index for houses, went up 1.5% in February. We have had double-digit inflation in housing for some time and it looks like we will continue to have that. If there is a hard landing in the construction industry; it has implications for revenue; it has implications for unemployment payments and therefore revenue; it has implications for consumer confidence. Have you had discussions with the Irish Government on this issue, and to what extent has the Commission considered the implications for a eurozone member of the possibility of a hard landing?"@en1
