lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I congratulate the rapporteur on tackling the very important question of managing risk and crises in the agricultural sector, and taking the situation of the new Member States into account too. I also welcome the Commission’s concern for farmers having to face up to the crises caused by the liberalisation of agricultural markets, export restrictions and animal diseases, not to mention natural disasters. I would like to take this opportunity to say, Commissioner, that fuel payments and biofuel production are of particular interest to Polish farmers. Biofuel production will boost income and make farmers feel more secure. It will also lessen day—to-day anxiety and worry caused by the fluctuating price of pigmeat for example."@en1
