"Mr President, I would like to raise a point of order, in accordance with Rule 65(c), if I remember correctly. We have just been listening to the British Foreign Minister. I would like, via your Presidency, to ask the Conference of Presidents the following question. My colleague has just spoken for one minute. Her Britannic Majesty’s Minister with responsibility for European affairs is with us. How can the European Parliament allow itself to be limited to just one minute’s speaking time to respond to him? Could you perhaps speak to your colleagues in the Conference of Presidents, to decide what approach should be taken in future?"@en1
