"There are no crimes organised in this House, Mr Bushill-Matthews; we treat each other democratically, amicably and peacefully. As regards the question that has been withdrawn, the rules are perfectly clear: if a question is withdrawn by the person who tabled it, it no longer exists, and so you are no longer in a position to put a supplementary question. Whether Members should inform each other – even Members of other Groups – when this happens is an interesting question. I would simply advise you to start by discussing this with Mr Martin. If you have a question you would like to put now supplementary to Mr Newton Dunn’s, then I will allow it on the grounds that two supplementary questions are allowed to each question. So please go ahead and ask the President-in-Office of the Council something else about organised crime."@en1
