"Mr President, I would ask you in future to intervene should such a situation arise as that which occurred while Mr Andreasen was speaking. This circus in which Members stand around holding private conversations, quite unconcerned, whilst someone is speaking is disgraceful. In my view, these Members are behaving outrageously and downright stupidly and unintelligently when they show no respect for others when they are speaking. Consequently I would ask you to intervene in future and remove from the Chamber those Members who cannot work this out."@en1
