"The debate is closed.
The vote will take place tomorrow at 12 noon.
Mr Ceyhun was unfortunately right to say that it would be his turn after midnight. Whenever we were sitting at night, it was always my ambition to finish at 12 midnight precisely. We have not quite succeeded in that today. We have gone ten minutes over time, but I am very grateful to the Commissioner, who has played no small part in ensuring that it is no more than that. I ask the interpreters in their booths and the people behind the scenes for their indulgence for things going on for ten minutes more. We did make the effort!"@en1
