"There are two comments I would like to make on this. For a start, Mr Bonde, I always allow something like an extra 10% speaking time. If someone has three minutes, that simply adds up to a bit more than is the case with the speaking time allotted to you. You have not been treated unfairly. Secondly, I would like to say, on a personal level, that I very much regret the fact that the star counsel for the European taxpayer, Mr Hans-Peter Martin, is absent from tonight's debate, at which there is work for him to do. I very much miss him. Further to the Commission's statement, I have received six motions for a resolution pursuant to Rule 37(2) of the Rules of Procedure. Voting on the reports will take place on Wednesday at 12 noon. Voting on the motions relating to the statement on Eurostat will take place on Thursday. The debate is closed."@en1
