The recent judicial inquiry has looked at all the facts surrounding these tragic circumstances and concluded quite clearly that there were no suspect circumstances surrounding the death of Mr Kelly, as he implied, and that Mr Blair did not lie to the House of Commons on this matter. Whatever one's view of the Iraqi conflict – and there are different views in this House, in my country, and indeed in my party, and I have my own view on this – it is essential that we debate this matter based on the facts, not on fiction."@en1
