I would normally rise before each report, but if you are agreeable, I shall make this statement once and we could accept it for all three reports in the culture package. Rule 63a of our Rules of Procedure states that we have to ensure that all reports are financially compatible. To make sure that we are in line with that Rule, I would propose that we add an oral amendment to all three reports which would read 'Considers that the financial statement as amended is compatible with the ceiling of headings 3 and 5 of the financial perspectives 2000-2006'."@en1
