It is an amendment which I submitted myself, because although the two main groups had submitted a proposal for a temporary committee, there was no agreement on the content. I am trying to keep out of a political discussion that is taking place in one of the Member States of the European Union. I have always tried to do so, and I am now trying to do so again. Hence this oral amendment, which I think should combine various proposals better. I will read it out in English as that is the language in which the amendment was drawn up."@en¹
