lpv:translated text	"Mr President, with regard to the next paragraph, I believe that a minor editorial error has crept into Amendment No 15, which was tabled by the Group of the European People’s Party (Christian Democrats) and European Democrats. This amendment states namely the following: ‘asks for the laying down of the appropriate legal basis on which the social dialogue can be developed’ and then it continues. As it happens, we already have an appropriate legal basis for the social dialogue. I think this is a minor editorial error and that this legal basis was actually intended for the development of a societal dialogue.
