It has been brought to my attention that a Union Jack is flying out of a window between the sixth and seventh floors of the Louise Weiss building. This might be a rash of patriotic enthusiasm or the flag might be just hanging out to dry. We cannot tell from looking at it from the outside who is responsible for this; I have my suspicions though. Could we ask whoever has hung out this Union Jack to perhaps remove it, unless we are all to hang our flags outside the windows. As you know, Mr President, this is against the rules."@en1
