This was a really dishonest question, because the funds go into the reserve and they are used for purposes such as HIV. Abortion rates in Ireland were referred to. Everybody knows that if you want to have an abortion in Ireland, you go to London! This is just a completely dishonest expression of the reality. I just want to make it clear to Mrs Schreyer that, as far as I am concerned, if the money goes into the reserve, it is perfectly reasonable for them to be funding things such as HIV and AIDS in the developing world, particularly in Africa. I understand that was what the money was actually used for. Can Mrs Schreyer confirm that?"@en¹
