"Question No 15 by María Izquierdo Rojo ():
Given the current situation, would it not be worth coordinating and extending provisions on the prevention of sexual harassment in the armed forces, particularly these provisions which have proved effective in certain Member States? Is the Council aware that Private Dolores Quiñoa, having been raped and abused by her superior officer in 2000, has been sent home with no posting and no compensation for the harm she has suffered? Is the Council aware that in Spain, where 9.3% of soldiers are women, no ‘Coordinating Advisory Committee on women in the armed forces’ has yet been set up, along the lines of the one NATO established in 1961?"@en1
