However, as the record is read by many people, and as he mentioned quotations I made, I would like to point out that owing to the limited speaking time we have, I could not read out all that I wished to. I should like to say on record that I will be happy to send the Commissioner the papers from which I quoted during my speech. The Commission would then have an opportunity to read them in their entirety, something which, of course, I was unable to do in plenary."@en1
