Before we vote on each individual amendment, I would like to explain straightaway that to ensure the whole package is coherent I have decided to table some of these amendments as oral amendments. There are two amendments relating to the proposed new draft of Article 3 on the Agency. There is a recital relating to the amendment of Article 29 on safety.
