This reflects a very deliberate and systematic effort by the Commission, through the humanitarian office ECHO, to work out a methodology to identify what could be called 'forgotten crises' – ones where the CNN factor does not draw attention to the people in need. This falls into that category, so I definitely welcome the question and the opportunity to answer it and to highlight problems. That makes the dialogue with Parliament meaningful and useful."@en1
