Mr President, I propose to the House to adopt the text of Amendment No 33 without the words 'and training': this is because we have already added the case of rapid mobilisation to the many cases in which
the Single Sky rules can be suspended. Adding 'training of their armed forces' would mean rendering all the legislation we are adopting on the Single Sky totally unusable. This is why I am calling for the two words 'and training' to be removed."@en1
