This position, which I believe to be unacceptable, consists, in reality, of calling for immunity or impunity for the policy which is being applied in Denmark, a policy that the government is, without doubt, justifying by saying they are obliged to apply European Union policy. In this context, how do we explain the fact that no mention has been made of the blatant contradiction between the political choices of the Danish Government, which were outlined yesterday, and the result of the referendums in which the Danish people expressed their opposition to membership as well as to economic and monetary union?"@en1
