Paragraph 33 therefore needs to be updated to say that 28 negotiating chapters have so far been provisionally closed rather than 27. The start of paragraph 34 also needs to be corrected to read as follows: “Notes that the only remaining chapters are those which will be dealt with on a horizontal basis for all candidate countries, namely agriculture, financial and budgetary provisions.” The remainder of this paragraph would then lapse."@en1
