I know that such a debate is taking place in the country I know best and that this is also the case in other countries. This question has been brought up on several occasions and has been discussed in the Environment Council. There is a great deal of interest in it. I believe that we are all agreed that we need to take action to control the use of these dangerous chemicals and, it is hoped, ensure that we can find safe replacements as quickly as possible.
