"Madam President, we have adopted the Sixth Framework Programme on the Environment and I voted for the motion. I must tell you about another dream I have had, Madam President. There was a city called Europolis, and you yourself were the mayor of that city, Madam President, and you were very happy. Why is that? Because this was an ideal city because of its beautiful environment: clean air, no noise, grass and flowers, much better than the fake flowerbeds we have in Parliament, where the flowers are painted on the ground. It was the ultimate environmental city and it was all made possible by these programmes. That is why I voted for the motion."@en1
